Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is Optional (taxable)
Customer is liable for full value of the Avis vehicle if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. Purchase of CDW reduces liability to 600.00 USD in the event of an accident or theft to the Avis vehicle.
Note: Theft which occurs due to customer negligence (not locking vehicle or securing keys) is not covered.
Theft Protection (TP) is included in the CDW
